Executive Summary
EnclaveProtocol is a decentralized privacy-preserving protocol based on zero-knowledge proof (Zero-Knowledge Proof, ZKP) technology, designed to provide enhanced privacy protection capabilities for blockchain ecosystems. Through innovative cryptographic constructions and distributed system design, this protocol achieves privacy protection in three dimensions—Transaction Process Privacy, Digital Asset Privacy, and On-Chain Wealth Management Privacy—in a fully decentralized environment, providing a complete privacy protection solution for the Web3 ecosystem.
This research proposes a novel privacy-preserving asset allocation mechanism. Through Deposit ID binding technology and Multi-Voucher architecture, it solves the technical limitations of existing privacy payment systems in variable denomination scenarios, achieving the goal of providing strong privacy protection while maintaining full decentralization.
Core Value Proposition: Blockchain Privacy Capability Enhancement
EnclaveProtocol provides three dimensions of privacy protection capability enhancement for blockchain networks through zero-knowledge proof technology:
1. Transaction Process Privacy
This protocol achieves complete privacy of transaction processes, including:
- Anonymity Guarantee: Through zero-knowledge proof technology, complete hiding of sender, receiver, and transaction amount information is achieved, meeting Strong Anonymity requirements
- Relationship Privacy Protection: No traceable on-chain associations exist between transaction parties, achieving Relationship Privacy protection
- Batch Privacy Operations: Supports one-to-many privacy allocation mechanisms, where multiple recipients are unaware of each other, achieving Recipient Isolation
- Decentralized Verification: Uses pure on-chain zero-knowledge proof verification mechanisms, requiring no centralized components, meeting Decentralization requirements
2. Digital Asset Privacy
This protocol achieves privacy protection for digital assets, including:
- Asset Origin Privacy: Hides the original source and transfer paths of assets through cryptographic mechanisms, preventing on-chain tracking and analysis
- Asset Holding Privacy: Protects user asset holdings from public exposure, preventing Wealth Analysis attacks
- Asset Allocation Privacy: Supports flexible asset splitting and allocation mechanisms, with each allocation voucher independently managed, achieving Allocation Privacy
- Cross-Chain Asset Privacy: Supports multi-chain deployment architecture, achieving privacy protection for cross-chain assets, preventing Cross-Chain Correlation Analysis
3. On-Chain Wealth Management Privacy
This protocol achieves privacy for on-chain wealth management, including:
- Wealth Distribution Privacy: Protects users' wealth distribution across different chains, preventing Global Wealth Analysis
- Portfolio Privacy: Supports privacy-preserving asset allocation and portfolio management, protecting investment strategy information
- Revenue Distribution Privacy: Enterprises, DAOs, and projects can privately distribute revenue to multiple recipients, protecting distribution strategies
- Fund Flow Privacy: Protects fund flow information, preventing on-chain analysis and tracking, achieving Flow Privacy
Technical Contributions
This research has achieved the following technical breakthroughs in the privacy payment field:
Deposit ID Binding Mechanism: Proposes a novel mechanism separating fund anchors from allocation proofs, solving the Double-Spending Prevention problem in variable denomination scenarios, achieving fully decentralized privacy transactions
Multi-Voucher Architecture: Designs a Multi-Voucher technology that enables flexible splitting and independent management of single deposits, supporting complex wealth management scenarios while maintaining cryptographic security
Independent Nullifier Mechanism: Each voucher has an independent nullifier, ensuring uniqueness and unforgeability through cryptographic hash functions, meeting Anti-Double-Spending requirements
Triple Privacy Protection Architecture: Constructs a complete solution for transaction privacy, asset privacy, and wealth management privacy, achieving multi-dimensional privacy protection
